For how many integer values of between 1 and 474 inclusive does the decimal representation of \(\frac{n}{3}\) terminate?

This is pretty easy. All numbers with 3 as a factor terminate when divided by 3. So find the amount of numbers that are multiples of 3 in your range. 474 is the 158th multiple of 3, so 158 numbers.

All multiples of 3, so 474/3 = 158. So 158 numbers.
