I did

6890<39m+2600<8840    subtract 39 on 3 sides and get 6890m<+2600<8801

then i divide by 39 and get 17.6<+13.9<22.9

Yes, that was the line I was speaking of. And now it all makes sense. Now I am going to try to do the next one.

Median is the number that is in the middle of a set of numbers. If it an odd set of numbers, you take the middle two numbers and add them together and divide by 2 and that is your median. If you need an example, let me know.
