I realized, sometimes when I post a question, a Guest comes and answers it, but puts no explanation, and they are always wrong.

I accidentally posted the same question twice because my internet was acting slow.

Therefore the equation should be (x+7)(y-1)=-10.

I see what you did wrong when you expanded  y(x + 7)  =  x - 3 and got xy - 7y  =  x - 3, the -7 should have been a +7.

I tried the answer -7, -1, 4. But it was incorrect.
