Which is the equation of a hyperbola with vertices (3, -2) nd (-9, -2) and foci (7, -2) and (-13, -2)?

I believe its ((x+3)/6)^2 - ((y + 2)/8)^2 = 1 but correct me if I'm wrong?

I BELIEVE the answer is - p(x)=(x+2)2(x+5)
But I could be wrong. any thoughts??
