Not quite Saseflower.

2x-3 (4x+7)

the minus belongs to the 3 so tis expands to

2x-12x-3*7 = -10x-21

You have to be very careful with those minus signs :)

It was a really good presentation and almost right - Ill give you your points now but you should duck in and fix it up.

2x - 3 ( 4x + 7 )

Use distributive property

2x - 12x + 21

Combine like terms

-10x + 21

And that is as far as you can go, since there is no equal sign and no number or variable on the other side of the equal sign :)
