e^x+ln(x)=7

Hi and welcome!, (you need a better username than that )

Your equation can be written
0 = e^x+ln(x)-7

If you graph y=e^x+ln(x)-7

then the solution to your equation will be the x value when the graph intersects with y=0

that is, the x intercept will be the solution to your equation.

I used an online graphing program to do this and here is the web address for your graph.

https://www.desmos.com/calculator/qck7dx58wo

The graph shows you that the approx value of x is 1.854.

There is no easy manual way to get this answer,
to get an approximation manually you would need to use Newton's Method.

If you want more help you can post again.
