We can write W1 as (NM)^(1/2) / (R+R1)^(3/2).......so (W1)^2  = (NM) / (R+R1)^3

OK....so we have

Ek1 = [(m)(R+R1)^2] * [(NM) / (R+R1)^3 ] / 2  = [mNM]/[2(R+R1)]
