Hey. CU did not have to do that at all, YOU should be appreciative and explain KINDLY what you think he did wrong don't just barge into people's faces and say "wROnG" it is a VERY rude and unkind thing to do. In fact i think instead of making people do your work for you, you should actually try to work it out yourself. Trust me it will benefit you. You will learn the material better and get more practice. and CU is not making YOU fail. YOU are making YOURSELF fail, by asking others to do problems for you. It's as if i sat behind a car and said ok i am going to fly a plane when i dont even know how to drive a car. Don't blame others for your problems when they are trying to help you. If you think he's wrong do it yourself and compare your answer with his, and then kindly explain what he did wrong or ask how this problem works. Rude.
aw im so sorry CU! it will be okay though i promise.... at least you aren't like me and you did not give up... When I was younger, I used to take the AMC. Unfortuately I'm a person who is not very good when it comes to time limits and I still struggle to this day with it. However, I gave up as i had always wished to be that person that would get recognized in school for having a really good score, and i never was bc i always failed. It really broke my heart...I would practice so much and I would always fail. SO.....i gave up LOL Recently, i had troubles again with time and this time it really left a negative impact on my grades....i am studying for a test atm as im typing this in fact. And LOL i am failing math bc i couldn't finish my quiz not a f but like you know what i mean.... i know everything and im familiar with all the topics but its the darn time :(
it's okay Melody! you always help me anyway :) and I really appreciate it
thank you! :)
awesomey sauce! thanks again :D
yes yes!! thank you so much CPhill!
on my paper i said 90 degrees counterclockwise which.............i thought that 90 degrees clockwise meant 270 degrees ccw and -90 meant 270 ccw woah....what im so confused im so sorry )::::
ohhhhhh i see! kind of like stretches and compressions! 1/2f(X) vertically compresses the graph but
f(2x) horizontally compresses the graph as well
and 2f(X) vertically stretches as f(1/2x) horizontally stretches but.... what would happen with -2f(x) and f(-2x) and f(-1/2x)
oh! wait so now im confused........am i right or wrong.....
im not the person who asked this question but, why do we add 3 and not subtract if it says -3............. i know based off of f(x)=(x-h) that the function should move h units to the right,,,,but im confused on why we add and not subtract
