Here's what you have written:

450 X 80 - 10 + 180 X 66 / 4

We always perform the multiplications and/or divisions as we encounter them from left to right as we encounter them.

So 450 X 80 =36000

The next thing we would evaluate is 180 X 66 = 11880

Then, we would divide this by 4 = 2970

So we have

36000 - 10 + 2970 = 38960

This is all we can do......no further factoring available....!!!

Using the Law of Sines we have :

(Sin B / 24) = (Sin 120 / 25)   .......     SinB = (24*sin120/25)

So, using the sine inverse to find B

Sin^-1 (24*sin120/25) ≈ 56.24 degrees

So C= (180 - 56.24 - 120) = 3.76 degrees
